  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or technical issues

  • To comply with FEC and state campaign finance reporting requirements (public disclosure of certain donor information is required by law)

5. Political Contribution Reporting (Required by Law)Under federal law, the Campaign is required to report the following donor information to the FEC for contributions aggregating over $200 per election cycle:

  • Full name

  • Mailing address

  • Occupation and employer

  • Date and amount of contribution

This information becomes publicly available on the FEC website (fec.gov). We have no control over third-party use of publicly disclosed donor information.6. Third-Party Analytics & Advertising
